CellularManager™
The industry acclaimed CellularManager™ POS provides the foundation for running a successful cellular business. With the CellularManager™, you will be able to control cellular phone inventory as well as track all customer sales made from your cellular providers.
Manage phone activations effortlessly for one or more service providers. It does not matter whether you are a small or large cellular dealer. This cellular software was designed to accommodate dealers who do business with one or multiple service providers like Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile (formerly VoiceStream), Nextel, Cingular, Sprint, AT&T and more. Whether the phones you sell employ PCS, CDMA, GSM, iDEN, AMPS, GAIT or TDMA technology, our product can help improve the way you do business.
Quickly eliminate those painful commission related problems. Probably the most significant benefit of the CellularManager™ is its ability to resolve the most problematic issue facing all companies in this industry - COMMISSIONS. Over the years, cellular service providers have created a complex commission structure that is often difficult if not impossible to reconcile. Commissions are often based on many factors like rate plans, phone models sold, bonuses on certain plans, sales volume, and other factors that change on a monthly basis.
The real problem is actually caused by these service providers who create an unacceptable amount of errors when paying/charging back cellular dealers their commission for phones activated from previous months. They do not have automated processes in place to ensure that you get paid correctly on every phone sale you make. Our own sampling of cellular dealers nationwide has demonstrated commission errors as high as 15% annually. In other words, a cellular dealer who activates 1000 phones a month could have up to 150 phone activations with commission related errors (e.g. activated phones never being compensated, unwarranted charge backs, phone spiffs not being paid, sales volumes being achieved but not being rewarded, etc. ) . With CellularManager's integrated cellular software solutions, we will make sure this doesn't happen to you.
Reconcile commissions and keep cellular contract information online at the same time. The CellularManager™ was designed to maintain a database of all contractual phone sale agreements with your customers while simultaneously keeping track of pending commissions/rebates on each contract (i.e., rate plan, phone spiffs, bonuses, and sales volume incentives). With a simple data entry process, you can reconcile your provider's statement and quickly get a report of all unpaid or partially paid phone deals. Since all cellular phone contract information is kept electronically, it is extremely easy to research problems and perform inquiries about a customer's cellular phone package. Users can gain access to critical information quickly by looking up contracts using the customer's ESN, IMEI, SIM, KIT, or cell phone number. You can also perform customer lookups by name, company, home phone, work phone, or email as well.
Speed up data entry processes and conceal sensitive information. CellularManager™ cellular software solutions make it simple to enter all information quickly and accurately. Rate plans, product spiffs, and bonuses can be setup ahead of time to keep confidential information away from your data entry personnel. Your employee is simply guided through the steps of creating a customer account and filling in key fields about the cellular phone sale (i.e., service provider, phone number, ESN or IMEI, rate plan, contract length, model phone, etc.). CellularManager will optionally auto-generate a contract invoice for the phone sale using its integrated cellular point-of-sale capabilities and allow your salesperson to easily add items to the final invoice for cross-selling accessories.
